What is Feasibility Study?

A development feasibility study tests whether a project pencils: what can legally be built on a site (zoning, setbacks, height), what it would cost, and what it would return. It combines massing, unit counts, and a financial pro forma into a go/no-go answer.

In practice

What took consultants weeks now takes minutes with feasibility software that reads zoning data, generates compliant massing options, and attaches financials — letting developers screen many sites instead of deep-diving one.
