For vendors

Three ways to work with AEC Hub as a vendor

AEC Hub is read by principals and technology leads at architecture and engineering firms deciding which tools to adopt. Vendors can be listed for free, pay for labeled placement, or work with us on how firms adopt their product.

Listed

Free

A tool page on AEC Hub, in search and in AI recommendations when the tool fits the task.

  • A tool page alongside the 490+ tools we track, with your description, pricing, and a tracked link to your site
  • Included in tool search and in AI recommendations whenever the tool matches what a firm describes
  • An AEC Hub review on request, written in the order firms ask for them
  • User reviews from signed-in members
  • Corrections to your listing within a week of hearing from you

Featured

$1,000 a year

Everything in Listed, plus labeled placement on the four surfaces where firms choose tools.

  • A featured card on the homepage
  • A pinned card at the top of your category in the tools list
  • A featured card after AI recommendation results when a firm's task matches your tool
  • A card in the matching layer of a curated stack, where one applies
  • An AEC Hub review written within 30 days, with your claims attributed to you
  • A quarterly report of clicks from each placement, from our own tracking
  • A case study with a named firm once a deployment is measured
  • Every placement carries a small Sponsored tag, and none of it changes rankings or review conclusions

Custom

From $5,000

Everything in Featured, plus strategy and hands-on work for AEC technology companies: product, market, and the firms adopting your tool.

  • Strategy for AEC technology companies: product, positioning, pricing, and roadmap, in one-on-one sessions
  • Go-to-market: which firm types, which workflows, and what to say to a principal versus a technology lead
  • User experience testing with architects and engineers on your product, with findings written up
  • A review of your data model and integrations against how firms run their projects
  • AEC-specific M&A strategy: targets, fit with a firm's stack, and diligence on what a product does
  • Implementation support for firms adopting your tool: pilots, integration with their systems, and training
  • Scoped and priced per engagement after a call

Placement and independence

Paid placement buys position and a label. It does not buy a ranking, a review conclusion, or a recommendation. The recommender ranks tools first and adds a featured card afterward, only when the featured tool matches the task and only when it did not already rank on its own. A tool that ranks on merit shows in the results without the tag.

Reviews are written by AEC Hub from your public material and anything you send us. We attribute claims we cannot verify to you, and we correct facts you point out. The conclusions are ours. How the recommender works is described on the methodology page.

We cap featured placement at two tools per category so the slot stays worth having.
