Free browser-based concrete takeoff calculator for quantity surveyors, estimators, and contractors that measures slabs, walls, beams, columns, pad footings, and equipment bases element by element with deductions for openings, voids, and overlaps, then rolls the quantities into bill of quantities summaries, costing, pour plans, truck schedules, and variance reports

Common use cases

Limitations to know

Concrete only, so it does not cover other trades. Quantities are entered by hand rather than measured off drawings, so it is not a drawing takeoff tool. Projects are stored in the browser rather than on a server, so clearing site data loses them unless you export a JSON backup.
