Estima is a free browser platform that produces preliminary construction cost estimates and bundles them with planning guides, calculators, a CPM scheduler, and a project tracker. You pick one of eight project categories, enter dimensions, location, a quality level from Economy to Luxury, and ground conditions, and get a PDF report with a cost range, material quantities with wastage, labor hours, a timeline, and a risk list. The site sits on a .uk domain but publishes regional cost factors for the United States, Pakistan, India, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Saudi Arabia, and Australia, and the estimates are for planning only, not a quotation.
