What is Arkyv?

AI agents that work inside Revit, Rhino, and Archicad on the live model: query elements, propose parameter changes for review, generate schedules and views, export sheets to PDF and schedules to CSV, and save the sequence as a workflow the team reuses. A Knowledge side answers questions from the building codes, firm standards, and project documents you connect, with citations back to the source passage, and a shared Canvas turns reference images into renderings for comparing directions.

The company publishes no security page, data processing agreement, or statement about whether customer data trains its models, which matters because the agent works on live project models and the document library is processed server-side. It also never names which building codes or jurisdictions its regulation library covers, and coverage appears to be provisioned per workspace, so confirm your jurisdiction before buying. Revit and Rhino support is Windows only, with version floors of Revit 2024, Rhino 7, and Archicad 26, and the Pro plan caps a project at 200 files. The company raised a 700,000 euro pre-seed in April 2026 and has fewer than ten people, which is real continuity risk for a tool holding firm standards.
